Bike profile
Tell the app what bike you ride and it sets the surface, the dirt difficulty and motorways. If you pick something harder than the profile allows on a ride, it points it out.
What it does
There are four starting templates and you can make your own profiles. Each profile sets the starting surface, the maximum difficulty, "Avoid motorways" and the conditions to avoid.

- Maxi adventure (over 220 kg with luggage, for example BMW R 1250/1300 GS, Africa Twin, KTM 1290): Mixed, Easy, avoids sand, mud and fords.
- Medium adventure (190-215 kg, for example Ténéré 700, Tuareg 660, KTM 790/890 Adventure, Transalp 750): Mixed, up to Medium, avoids sand.
- Light enduro / light adventure (up to about 180 kg, for example KTM 390 Adventure, Himalayan, CRF300L): Offroad, up to Medium.
- Road motorcycle (naked, touring and road scramblers): Road, Easy, avoids sand, mud and fords.
- Personal profiles: name, riding weight, tyres, maximum difficulty, conditions to avoid, starting surface and "Avoid motorways". You can have more than one.
When it helps
When you have more than one bike, or ride the same bike in different ways: loaded for a trip or light for a Sunday ride. Switch profile with one tap and stop resetting surface and difficulty every time.
If the route crosses fords, or sand and mud where the map knows, and the profile avoids them, the summary tells you before you leave.
How to use it
Settings › "Motorcycle and rider profile". While planning: ride sheet › "Quickly change profile".
- Open Settings › "Motorcycle and rider profile".
- Pick one of the four templates, or tap "New personal profile" and fill in the fields.
- Plan as usual: surface and difficulty start from the profile.
- For another ride, switch from the ride sheet with "Quickly change profile".
Good to know
- On first launch there is no profile and the app uses the surface and difficulty defaults.
- You can always change surface and difficulty for a single ride. The profile warns you, it does not lock you out.
- Weight and tyres help explain the advice. They do not calculate whether a road is rideable.
